• Other areas required for delivery or installation

Diamond Poker Tables is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate measurements or information supplied by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order, configuration, inquiry, or payment does not necessarily mean that Diamond Poker Tables has accepted the order.

We may review an order for product availability, configuration, pricing, production capability, delivery requirements, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons before acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and no amount is properly due for work, materials, products, or services already provided or authorized, applicable amounts will be refunded as required by law.

Pricing Accuracy

Diamond Poker Tables makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, configurations, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.

If an obvious pricing, configuration, or technical error is identified before an order is accepted or production begins, we will contact you to confirm the correct information before proceeding.

You may choose to proceed with the corrected order or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order that is canceled because of such an error, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Payments & Deposits

Payment requirements may vary depending on the product or service.

Poker table orders require 100% prepayment before production begins. No payment is collected when an online order request is first submitted; payment instructions are confirmed after the order is reviewed and approved.

Production Times

Every poker table is made to order. The estimated production time is 7–14 business days after final order approval and receipt of the required 100% prepayment.

Production timelines provided for custom or made-to-order poker tables are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Diamond Poker Tables as soon as possible.

Changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins.

Once materials have been ordered, custom work has begun, or production has started, changes or cancellations may be limited and certain costs may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

We will review the status of the order and determine what options remain available.

Custom Products & Final Sale

Custom and made-to-order poker tables are considered final sale once production begins, subject to applicable law.

Once production begins, custom products generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Customer-selected configuration
• Customer-selected colors or materials
• Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
• Inability to fit the product into the intended space where the confirmed product dimensions were provided before production

This provision does not eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including applicable rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or legally nonconforming products.

Product Variations

Some materials may have natural or manufacturing variations in color, texture, grain, finish, pattern, or other characteristics.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the intended function of the product are not necessarily defects.

Shipping & Nationwide Delivery

Pickup

Submitting a rental request alone does not reserve equipment or professional dealers.

Professional Dealer Services

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Diamond Poker Tables does not provide or operate real-money gambling services and does not act as a casino, gambling operator, sportsbook, or gaming establishment.

Customers and event organizers are responsible for ensuring that their event and activities comply with applicable laws, venue rules, and regulations.

No Real-Money Gambling Services

Diamond Poker Tables provides poker tables, rentals, equipment, and related entertainment services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our rental and dealer services are intended for lawful entertainment purposes and do not include operating, organizing, banking, or facilitating unlawful gambling.

The customer or event organizer is responsible for providing reasonable and safe access for delivery, setup, operation, and removal of rental equipment.

Customers should inform Diamond Poker Tables in advance of conditions that may affect delivery or setup, including stairs, elevators, parking or loading restrictions, limited access, venue requirements, or other material conditions.

Diamond Poker Tables may refuse or discontinue setup or services if conditions present an unreasonable safety risk to personnel, dealers, guests, or equipment.

Intellectual Property

The Diamond Poker Tables website and its original content, including text, designs, graphics, product presentations, photographs, website layouts, configurator elements, branding, and other materials, may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
